Aroma blend to help cultivate self-love and Maitrī, a loving-kindness and unconditional friendliness to yourself.

In other words, it is an ability to relax with yourself and feel at home in your own body, with your own mind and in your own world without getting caught in ‘for’ and ‘against,’ without judging things as ‘right’ or ‘wrong.’ Unconditional friendliness is a training in being able to settle down with yourself, just as you are, without labeling your experience as ‘good’ or ‘bad.’

There is a tremendous gift in taking time and effort to know your True Self – you can discover who you are at your wisest and who you are at your most confused. You get to know yourself in all your aspects.

Self-alienation, self-criticism and toxic shame are rooted deep in today's fast pace society, and we must learn to take time to befriend and treat ourselves with the same loving kindness, forgiveness, and understanding that we so generously give to those we love.

There is a tremendous difference between egoistic narcissism and self-love, self-esteem and self-appreciation. Self-love is the principle of showing respect, regard and kindness for one's self and values. Self-esteem is about recognizing potential and worth, taking pride in what you do and trusting your own judgment in life.

Love aroma blend is a powerful healing tool when applied topically or inhaled regularly for at least 20 continuous days. Apply before or during healing practices like meditation, sacred rituals, setting intensions, visualizations and affirmations. Enhance the experience and depth of healing sessions by adding the aromatherapy experience to your bodywork sessions such as chiropractic adjustments, massage, energy healing as well as psychological and emotional release treatments: psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies, behavior and cognitive therapy, Wounded Inner Child healing and others.

  • Each blend is formulated as a healing tool and can be your supporting tool for blessing or prayer to help set your intention, clarify needs and make positive changes in life.

SMELL IT. When you smell the essential oil or a blend, it accesses your Amygdala gland. It is a gland in the brain that holds emotional grief and is ONLY accessed by scent. The amygdala plays a major role in storing and releasing emotional trauma. The most effective way to stimulate this gland is with fragrance or smell in order to awaken and release these memories for healing.

To activate your amygdala, apply a chosen blend to the palms of hands, and cup over your nose and mouth, then deeply inhale the scent to assist you emotionally with transitioning.  Do this a few time throughout the day and when needed.

TOPICALLY AS PERFUME. Apply generously, frequently and with clear intention anywhere on the body, focusing on the soft areas of the neck, décolleté and arms as well as the wrists for inhalation. For an added dimension, apply on the appropriate chakra. For best results, apply 4-5 times a day as you would use a tincture or flower essence. With each application, take a moment for yourself to slowly inhale the beautiful aroma while visualizing and reaffirming your intention.

    ANOINT CHAKRAS.

The crown of your head for opening the spirit.

Your third eye to see clearly, yourself, your vision of the future, accurate perceptions of others, for awareness or the courage to see.

Your throat chakra or the back of your neck to speak truthfully, to improve the relationship between what you think and feel and what you say.

Your heart chakra to increase your feelings of empathy and for your impulses to come from love, for patience and to access some emotions.

Your solar plexus chakra to engage your power, courage and to reduce your doubt.

Your sacral chakra to access deep and covered emotions and wisdom, to gain trust and attachment.

    Your root chakra to ground.

PULSE POINTS. This primal points are pathways  for communicating back to the heart, which is  the energetic focal point of the human soul, where our deepest feelings and impulses originate. Gently apply the roll-on blend using moderately firm pressure. Breath deeply, connecting oneself with the innermost of the heart and visualize and affirm the qualities of the particular healing aroma blend.

ACCUPRESSURE POINTS. Acupressure is the practice of applying precise pressure, usually with fingertips, to various acupoints on the body with the goal of balancing qi or life energy. The body has hundreds of acupoints that are like electrical outlets each located in a place where the underlying meridian’s electrical charge runs close to the surface and is easy to access. A good general reference is “Acupressure for Emotional Healing: A Self-Care Guide for Trauma, Stress, & Common Emotional Imbalances” by Michael Reed Gach, PhD with detailed illustrations of emotional healing applications.

SELF ANOINTING. Your aroma blend can be a powerful spiritual tool of the faith. As with all other spiritual tools, the real power comes from the Divine. Anointing oil is a symbol of your faith in God/Creator/Universe/Divine Principle (choose which believe applies to you) and of its ability to cleanse and make things holy. Without faith, anointing oil will not have any positive effect. You can use oil to help strengthen and demonstrate your faith, but you cannot use it to replace faith. Anoint yourself when you pray, when you are troubled, or when you are sick. The most common way is to wet your right thumb with a little of the oil and apply between your eyebrows or draw a cross on your forehead while saying “In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.” After anointing yourself, you can continue with your prayers as you usually would, regardless of whether it is a prayer for healing, repentance, thanksgiving, or anything else.
